Adding Facts to a Project

In midpage, you can add key facts to any project. While completely optional, this allows you to tailor the search to your specific fact pattern. Click on the "Facts & Uploads" button. From there, you can manually type in key facts. Alternatively, you can upload a complaint or a brief to have midpage extract the key facts for you. You can also specify the motion you're working on, as well as your desired outcome. Your facts will be saved automatically to your current project when you click elsewhere. All of this background data will enrich your research experience. For example, once you've uploaded facts, you can use the Compare Facts AI-Column.

Adding AI Columns

This feature allows you to ask questions across all of your search results. There are two types of answer formats you can select from: Any Answer, or "Yes-No". If you select the "Any Answer" format, the AI will produce a plain-text answer with embedded source links. If you select the "Yes-No" format, the results will be filterable -- as shown in the example below. Note: Filters scan the top 100 results in your search.
